Deborah Gersony is a cardiologist turned professional artist. She is a member of many artistic societies including Oil Painters of America (OPA), International Guild of Realism (IGOR), National Oil and Acrylic Painters of America (NOAPS) and the American Artist Professional League (Board Member: Director of Membership and Co-Director of the 96th Grand National Exhibition at the Salmagundi Club). In addition to being juried into the OPA National Juried Salon, she was also accepted into the 2025 Winter's Palette Exhibition at the Salmagundi Club in NYC, the 2024 NOAPS Best of America Small Works, included in the top 100 Finalist PleinAir Salon (January 2025, March 2024, August 2023, and February 2023), Realism on the Hudson (2023 and 2024), and the 43rd and 44th Juried Art Shows at the Ridgewood Art Institute.
